Losing coverage (job-based, an individual plan, a student plan, or aging off a parent's plan at 26), moving to a new ZIP code or county, marriage, having or adopting a child, and some other household changes. You may need to send documents proving the event.
If you lost Medicaid or CHIP in the past 90 days, you may qualify for a Special Enrollment Period. HealthCare.gov
